The Cottage

The cottage has a small conservatory with patio doors leading to large patio overlooking outstanding mountain views. Wicker suite seats 4 people. This adjoins a large sitting room and a dual fronted woodburner in a large stone fireplace, operates between the two rooms which have slate floors.

The quality sofas seat 10 people and they can be entertained with a widescreen television, DVD, video, books and games. The kitchen/family/dining room has flagstone flooring. A new oak kitchen complete with a new oil-fired aga and electric module, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, old butchers block and a Belfast sink in a large island topped with slate. The dining area has an 8`solid oak table, a cushioned bench and 6 oak chairs, seating 11 people. There is an additional sofa in the dining area.

The kitchen stable door leads on to a further patio and lawn amongst fantastic scenery. The utility room houses a combi-boiler, upright freezer, washer/drier and storage with an external stable door. Also there is a wheelchair accessible shower room with basin and wc and finally a small study/snug/overnight bedroom with a fold out sofa bed, desk, TV and DVD.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a 6` wide quality bed, study area with a sofa bed and an en-suite consisting of wc, basin and a bath with a separate electric shower and a heated towel rail. Also a double bedroom and a twin-bedded room, both with built in wardrobes. A further twin bedded room? The family bathroom has a large shower, whirlpool bath, wc, basin, heated towel rail and airing cupboard. Finally, a separate (cloak)room with a wc and a basin.

Externally, there are two large patios with outstanding views of the River Clyddach and mountains. The external walls surrounding the property have LED lights to welcome you, with lantern lighting and PIR’s in strategic positions. There is garden furniture, a barbecue and lawns together with a lockable shed for cycles. There are outside water taps.

The property has been tastefully furnished with good quality furniture and fittings. There is an alarm system, a credit card telephone, CAT 5 cabling and Wireless Broadband. There is plenty of room for off-road car parking.

Well behaved dogs are welcome, but not on sofas or upstairs please.
